We take our signature Espresso Huli blend and roast it just a bit longer to create our best dark roast coffee. The darker roast brings out rich flavors of vanilla, cocoa, and pear in a full-bodied, complex cup of coffee. It has a little bite and the moderate acidity that you’re looking for in a dark roast, but it maintains the smooth finish that makes our coffees special.
All Seven Coffees are artisan hand-roasted in small batches in Seattle and comes with free shipping. Mahalo!

Great Taste!
We ordered for the first time from Seven- got the espresso beans - and they make a ridiculously delicious Americano! Not to mention, we got our coffee on 1/24 and the beans were roasted on 1/22 - talk about freshly roasted! Definitely turned us into returning customers! Will buy again for sure.

A Beautiful Espresso
Seven Roasters does not disappoint. This is a smooth, enjoyable blended roast. Perfect to use in my Flair, Picopresso and AeroPress. Grind it fine and it extracts beautifully. So much to choose from here at Seven, all worth trying.

Awesome coffee we discovered in Seattle ![User picture]()
Our middle daughter goes to University of Washington and we discovered Seven coffee while visiting her last year! She has been shipping us coffee often since for the past year. Then we decided to sign up ourselves and get it every few weeks automatically! It works great in our espresso machine and our coffee machine bith at hime and at the firehouse! My wife and I like to consider ourselves coffee snobs and Seven coffee hits it out of the park! Coincidentally, my nickname the past 35 years has been “Seven” since a fellow fireman discovered its my last name (Neves) spelled backwards!! So Seven coffee is a perfect fit!
