Much like springtime, our Spring Blend is light, bright, and aromatic. As winter dreariness gives way to warmer and longer days, singing birds, and blooming flowers, we think this coffee will lift your senses and lighten your spirit. It is full of floral and fruity flavors, with a crisp citrusy kick on the finish. If you can, we think you should brew this blend using pour-over to get the finer, subtler flavors.
Our Spring Blend is made of our finest Direct Trade Brazilian coffees, farmed and supplied by Sergio Dias, who we’ve had a long and wonderful relationship with.
