Our Ethiopia Keffa Forest is a co-op of 50% woman-owned farms producing direct-trade coffee that is passive organic. The flavor profile of this medium roast is highlighted by exceptional notes of blueberry, complemented by hints of jasmine and merlot. The balance that our Ethiopia coffee strikes between juiciness and gentleness makes it one of our finest single-origins. All Seven Coffees are artisan hand-roasted in small batches in Seattle and comes with free shipping.
