Cling wrap can’t be recycled with other plastic films and wraps. It’s been a long process, but we have eliminated every piece of plastic wrap produced by our cafe.

We are pushing for a greener condiment bar. Now that we’ve honed in on sorting our waste, our next step is to reduce and eliminate it as best as we can.

We are excited to partner with one of Seattle’s newest and coolest sustainability organizations, Little Mug Library, which offers reusables cup for customers.

By adjusting the location and contents of each of the bins behind the bar, we were able to improve efficiency, provide better, faster customer service and create less contaminated waste-streams.
