Our direct-trade, pulped natural artisan coffee beans from Brazil are grown to perfection in the Carmo de Minas region by Sergio Dias. This direct trade specialty coffee is an easy-drinking coffee that will give you that “perfect cup” feeling as you sip. Its full body and complete texture is accentuated by notes of cinnamon that permeate throughout. After each sip, you’ll experience a mild lemon zest finish.

My Favorite roster! ![User picture]()
I found Seven Rosters while Googling the best coffee roasters in Seattle. Knowing Dean had Hawaii ties like I do helped me decide to give Seven a try. I've been a loyal customer for a little over a year and a half now and I purchase about 20 bags per year for both my home and my office. Unlike other roasters I've tried, I enjoy a variety of roasts from Seven. I have my favorite light, medium, dark/espresso, and even decaf offerings from Seven. Smooth and delicious
The smell when it arrives (which is super fast across the country to NJ!!) is magnificent and the taste is even better. This coffee is super smooth and not bitter at all, not overroasted and just really enjoyable to drink any time of the day. Whenever I have guests over they always comment on how amazing this coffee is! I've been getting this delivered with their subscription service for 3 years and it has gotten me through COVID known I will always have perfectly delicious coffee delivered right to my door.

I have gotten tired of other coffees, but Brazil Carmo de Minas still has a marvelous flavor and is not bitter

Classic High end Brazillian Coffee flavor
If you like lighter roasts that are chocolatey/nutty, this coffee is for you. I travel to Brazil regularly and this is 100% authentic Brazilian coffee flavor (the good stuff, not the cheap quantity grown variety) . It's also flavorful in other ways but my palette isn't smart enough to describe. IMO this is the perfect morning coffee.

Excellent!
I can't decide whether I like the Brazil Carmo De Minas or the Diner Blend better; they both smell and taste excellent. I do like that this one is direct trade.
