global palette

We drink both Ethiopian and Sumatra, with a little Hawaiian for Sunday morning pastries. All are very good. (I wish they had some Kenyan)

Seven consistently provides the products timely and reasonably priced. If you have an issue or question, you can call them and talk to a human being (a nice twist in today's world). Our only complaint is the U.S. Mail. Shipping time vary from 5 to 8 days so we have to plan around that issue.

You don’t respond to emails. Not sure why since you had plenty of time to do so prior to my order being shipped.
Simple request for grind change was ignored.

Really good iced coffee

We are throughly enjoying this Ethiopian Coffee. Often this time of year, we like to drink iced coffee, and this blend is strong enough to stand up to adding ice to it. You end up with a very, satisfying, mug of iced coffee !!

Exceptional

This bean is a delicate berry bomb while still maintaining a velvety body and chocolate undertones. Espresso, pourover, however you like it, it will perform and you will enjoy it!

Ethiopia Yirgachefe

I lived in Seattle for a couple years (7 years ago) and found Seven Coffee Roasters while living there. The Ethiopia Yirgachefe remains my favorite roast that I have ever had to this day. It’s nice starting my morning in Nashville with a taste of Seattle! I cannot wait to come back and visit and show my wife one of my frequent stomping grounds—she’s loving the coffee as well!
