Ethiopia Yirgachefe

I truly am never disappointed by Seven Coffee Roasters! They are quick to ship out my order which means the sooner I can indulge in their amazing coffee! Recommending to everyone I know!

On a recommendation from a fellow coffee snob, I tried an order of Seven's Ethiopian Yirgachefe whole coffee beans. Since moving to Washington State, I had tried a local "roaster" near me that sent me beans that had obviously been on the shelf for a while, as all the beans were oily and were clogging my coffee maker/grinder. Once I got through those, I cleaned my machine and started in. First thing I noticed was the beans. Smelled great, not oily at all! I also loved the fact they roasted my beans on the day I ordered then, ensuring I'm getting the freshest beans possible. My morning coffee tastes great as well. I will definitely be ordering from Seven again once I get through my current order!

We drink both Ethiopian and Sumatra, with a little Hawaiian for Sunday morning pastries. All are very good. (I wish they had some Kenyan)

Seven consistently provides the products timely and reasonably priced. If you have an issue or question, you can call them and talk to a human being (a nice twist in today's world). Our only complaint is the U.S. Mail. Shipping time vary from 5 to 8 days so we have to plan around that issue.

You don’t respond to emails. Not sure why since you had plenty of time to do so prior to my order being shipped.
Simple request for grind change was ignored.

We are throughly enjoying this Ethiopian Coffee. Often this time of year, we like to drink iced coffee, and this blend is strong enough to stand up to adding ice to it. You end up with a very, satisfying, mug of iced coffee !!
