Keala's Na Pali Hawaiian Coffee blend is made from Kauai and Central American coffees. This small-batch blend truly highlights the flavor profile of coffee from the island of Kauai. We added coffees from Central America to add a pleasant body to the blend while complementing Kauai’s fragrant citrus character.
Keala’s uses a medium-plus roast profile for the Na Pali Blend of Hawaiian coffee, similar in color to a coconut husk, to fully reflect the Na Pali’s nuances. The Na Pali Blend as a drip holds a nice polished medium body and finishes with hints of calamansi lime. As a pressed coffee, the Kauai coffee shines through as tropical citrus tones take over in both body and finishing notes!
