Winter Trio

Coffee #1: Winter Blend

Roast: French Roast.

While our Espresso Huli is already a dark roasted coffee, we take this same blend and roast it over 20 degrees darker to create a delicious French Roast.  We found this unique blend of four coffees has the ability to shine with almost any roast profile.  As a French Roast, it shines as a dark, smooth, syrupy sweet cup of coffee.  Our Winter Blend will please traditional French Roast coffee lovers while introducing this classic roasting style to Third-wave and beyond coffee connoisseurs!

Coffee #2: Candy Cane Lane Blend

Roast: Dark

Our holiday blend features Hawaiian flavors front and center. You'll pick up coconut and breadfruit in the body, with strawberry and guava on the finish. This is the Kona shining through. Kona coffee tends to be lighter, so we balance this out by blending in two Central American origins. This brings some traditional tasting notes like chocolate and nuts.

The result is a one-of-a-kind flavor profile for a holiday blend. But don't worry, it's not overdone. At Seven Coffee Roasters, we always keep drinkability in mind, and this blend has been a big hit for years.

Coffee #3: Diner Blend

Roast: Medium

Originally created for our Seven Diner, this blend features two of our most popular coffees from Mexico and Latin America. It’s our tribute to the classic American diner coffee. Brew a big batch, and keep the warm-ups coming. You’ll be able to sip this brew all day long.

Winter trio

Hi so originally I meant to order espresso trio but ended up with this trio! Well I was pleasantly surprised! All 3 flavors made wonderful cappuccinos candy cane being my favorite. I love that they put the roasted date on every bag. As you can see in photos it was on November 29 and I received them on December 2nd!!
(Free shipping too). My next purchase will be the espresso trio as I do like a more earthy deep flavor for cappuccinos. I do add two sugar cubes to my coffee and a heart shaped swirl of pumkin sauce for good measure! Delicious 😋

Love the Candy Cane one!

All three coffees are great and add to the warmth of the season. Do not be fooled by Candy Cane name--the coffee does not have a overwhelming mint taste--it is a great flavor and has become my favorite! Just wish it was available all year!!
